I hate feeling depressed. It is a part of life that is not fun. It could be a number of things beyond my control that are causing it, but in the end that doesn’t matter, what matters is I make the best of it and realize it will pass soon.

I also have so much to be grateful for, a beautiful girlfriend, a wonderful son and a decent job. There is much more.
