Shhhh…

You can hear the trees whisper.
Sari and I were walking home from walking Savvy to school this morning and there was a nice breeze going on. I stopped at one house with trees and said “Sari, close your eyes and tell me what you hear”. I did the same… shhhhh… the sound of the wind caressing many leaves at the same time.
You know? It’s good to stop and listen to the trees whisper now and then. I think many of us, me included get too caught up sometimes with capital L i-f-e, that we forget about the beautiful simple things in life. And maybe try to experience it through the eyes of a 4-year old.
